An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely

Pilates fusion is a class designed to provide you the correct technique to working your core. We use weights, resistance bands and focus on crunches, hovers and light cardio. We provide modifications allowing you to work at a steady pace but complimentary to your needs. Shoes required.
