Piedmont Wellness Center offers a wide variety of group exercise classes designed to meet the needs of both fitness enthusiasts and those new to exercise classes. Each class is taught by a certified instructor, trained to provide an excellent, motivating class that is sure to make you want to come back again. Participants can feel comfortable jumping right into any of our classes, including yoga, Pilates, cycling, Zumba, pool aquatics and more.

This 4-week, 8-session program designed for women will teach you how exercise and weight training can make a positive impact on your life. This program is ideal for all fitness levels and led by degreed and certified fitness specialists. Join now for only $99 per person. This program is for facility members only.

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Utilizing a combination of bodyweight & various equipment with a focus on improving aerobic capacity, this class is a great compliment to the many strength classes already offered.
