An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday, repeating indefinitely
In this 45 minute class, you will sharpen your swim skills with intervals, drills, and stroke technique for freestyle, breastroke, backstroke and butterfly. Taught by a US Masters Swim Coach and USAT Level 1 triathlon coach, participants will have access to dynamic workouts while swimming in an encouraging and inclusive group atmosphere. Workouts are designed to target all aspects of swimming, including cardiovascular endurance, strength, and speed. We strive to improve swim times for novice to advanced swimmers. Class requirements: all swimmers must be able to continuously swim freestyle/front-crawl for 100 yards (4 pool lengths). Goggles required; swim cap/fins/swim buoys recommended. Class limited to 12 participants.
