You’ve taken the first step and started your new membership at Piedmont Wellness Center. Your membership includes programming and services at no additional cost—including Wellness Coaching.

Our 12-week Wellness Coaching program includes key services to support your health and fitness plan:

• Health Assessment
• Exercise orientation tailored for you based on your health assessment outcomes and personal goals
• Two follow-ups to review goals, progress, experience, and adjustments to the exercise program if needed
  • Follow-up 1: 4-weeks from exercise orientation
  • Follow-up 2: 8-weeks from exercise orientation
• Re-Assessment at  12-weeks
