An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely

A total body chair workout that uses a variety of equipment to execute a many different chair aerobic exercises. From dumbbells, bands, Pilates circles, and more are also used to promote upper and lower body strength as well as balance and posture.
