An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Saturday, repeating until November 30, 2024
This class will feature choreographed movements on a raised platform or step. This class will have upbeat music and focus on cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and lower body strength. Participants follow the instructor’s cues to step up, down, and around the platform, creating a fun and effective workout. Plus, there will be strength training and cardio training within class. Step classes can be a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, and engage different muscle groups. The class will start 07/13/ 2024 and will be every Saturday at 11am. This class will hold up to 15 ppl and will be in the hp area.
