An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*.

  • Enrollment is strongly encouraged via our Center App or through Member Services.
  • Arrive to class at least 10 minutes prior to class if assistance is needed with equipment set up.
  • We reserve the right to decline participation in the class should any of the above not be followed.
  • Class format subject to change due to instructor availability.
