Perform Pro aims to enhance performance, aid recovery, and improve overall strength. This class is an advanced class that uses split training to focus on specific muscle groups during each workout session. Our coaches are focused on what participants can achieve rather than their limitations. The movements in Perform Pro will be constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. Think of this class as Perform Plus’s older sibling!!
