A stable and balanced core is the foundation of efficient movement in all exercise formats and activities of daily living. This Mind/Body integrative class will utilize the principles and tenets of Pilates, Barre, Yoga and traditional abdominal exercises to assist in developing a more balanced and stable core. It will aid in improving flexibility, posture, muscle balance and toning. Class may utilize a variety of equipment including weights, dumbbells, the barre, etc.
