We have an experienced yoga teacher that instructs the class in a welcoming and supportive way. We are providing this class to give our members as a chance to relax, recover and create a time for them to their body! We will look to improve flexibility, range of motion, muscle activation, posture and overall wellness. So, come to our beginner-friendly Yoga on the Green class every Tuesday at 11am!
